Maths

Today we learnt to subtract decimals.

23.15 -2.4=20.75
23.15-5= 21.15
21.15-0.15=21
21-0.25=20.75

Forces

Last week the ovals made a balloon powered rocket. The force of the blown up balloon made strong air that launched the rocket balloon to the end of the string.

One of our challenges was to see if the balloon is better going up but it only went half way.We learnt  that the balloon goes down better than up (eg it's like going up hill it's harder than going down) .

One day I was eating in a giant black cave but then the rocks collapsed. I was stuck in a rock pile! I shouted out ‘Mum, dad!’ but they couldn’t hear so then I started digging my way out. But it was too hard. I saw a beam of light shining from heaven. Out came a pickaxe. I used the pickaxe to crush the rocks. It was as loud as a bomb. When I was out of the pile the sky was black. Then a monster appeared it was the destroyer of destroyers ... Then I woke up it was just a nightmare!

One day I suddenly heard a crack I fell down underground. Then I was bleeding.  There was the forgotten diamond sword. It was on fire I threw a rope up I climbed up to the top but then some giant zombies and creeper started to attack me the zombie’s and creeper went on fire. I saw the dark sword I graded the dark sword I sliced the monsters in half. There was the boss creeper it had 8 legs 10 MINS LATER I killed it sucked me in the creeper boss exploded there was his creep egg. The world was saved the zombies turned into people.

As Aaron opened the box he saw a big time machine. He went to the caveman age. Aaron made and invented everything, soon he was the king of the cavemen. Then he timetraveled into 2013 he found that there was a war  of caveman vs people. He made the biggest bomb  IT WAS THE ATOM BOMB. It killed everyone but then the world turned in to Minecraft. I appeared in the end I had diamond armor and diamond weapons I shot the Ender dragon's healers then killed the Ender dragon with my diamond sword that has every enchantment. Then I stole the Ender dragon egg I leveled up to level 106 then the world was proper again. I brought the dragon egg with me.    TEN YEARS LATER  the dragon egg hatched. Then I flew with the dragon everywhere. The war was still on I stopped the war and Aaron was the king of the world. :)

Gymsport

On the 28/8/2013 we went to compete at hip hop.We competed against lot of other school's we came 2nd place.

I enjoyed performing against lot's of other teams.

Last night when I awake  there was a BANG!!! The next day I was walking down the beach, good thing I’m a spy, I saw the big HOBO footprint. It was awesome. I took a photo to show the police. The police said ‘That's a good painting’ then I said ‘That's not a painting its a photo’ The police said ‘Yeah right’ then it turned night I saw the BIG FAT HOBO I used my skills to kill him. Lots of blood came out. The town was covered in blood. The town cheered  for me.

‘Ahh it’s a nice day to have a swim’ said Aaron. 'Look it’s the green fizzy machine' it was chasing me then it ate me up. I was in a fizzy world it was awesome. I was in the fizzy machine I was swimming in the fizzy liquid. There was a temple it had a floating fizzy can, it was the fizzy machines heart. I Saw a death timer I smashed the heart in time then the fizzy machine exploded.  I fell out of the fizzy machine but then there was another fizzy machine oh no here I go again!!!        THE END

Living in a Volcano

Living in a Volcano will be really hard so I'm telling a made up story...

Once upon a time there was a boy named Aaron. One day he went to the village to receive a quest. The Quest was to find a gem from a Volcano so he went to the Volcano. The Volcano had the gem so Aaron jumped in the Volcano to get it but he died.

                                                       TEN YEARS LATER...

 Aaron came out of the dead and he became the Lord of the Fire and the gem turned into a fire gem.

                                           The end 

 It is heard that Aaron still lives in the... UNDEAD. 

Matariki stars our own 100WC

One day the Matariki stars fell from the night sky. Aaron and Matthew found the stars that fell. It was hard to put them back so they made a rocket. They brought them to the Matariki moon where the Matariki stars were made and the Matariki stars shined. After a while the Matariki stars floated in the air but it wasn’t the end because no one knew that the stars were up again. Aaron and Matthew put it on the NEWS that the Matariki stars were back up. Everyone got excited. So every year when the Matariki stars shine everyone has a party.

One day a boy named Aaron saw that the sun was going down then something evil happened! Zombies and Creepers started to appear and the Zombies started to attack. The Creepers were blowing things up ssiiis BOOM! I grabbed my sword it was made of DIAMONDS! I started to kill some Creepers and Zombies then I saw a secret lair there was the BOSS ZOMBIE.I killed him I used the controls to stop Zombies and Creepers appearing. There were lots of Zombies and Creepers still alive but then something big happened...

… as the sun came out …

I was on mine-craft moon! I could see aliens. It was weird because there were trees on the moon! I saw a big cave. I decided to live there. Mum and dad said "we can stay here for a month" I said "yes" ONE DAY LATER there were space apples on the trees I had a taste it was yum then we decided to live here. Then I saw a fluffy alien it wanted food so I gave it some then it be came my pet after a year we went back to earth. Earth was so different because every one had pet alien!

One night it was raining chocolate. Our swimming pool was full with chocolate. When I woke up I jumped out the window into the chocolate pool. I swam to the bottom there was a hole. I swam down and there was another chocolate pool. There was a chocolate temple the temple dropped chocolate I built a house made out of chocolate in went up the chocolate fall to the pool. I went home I told mum and dad I went with mum and dad into then chocolate world we lived there. The end.

On Easter I had a Easter hunt.  I found 6 Easter eggs and my little brother found 6 it was hard two was behind the door. One was under the bed and on Easter I went to Brandon's birthday. I gave him a connect four game and I ate alot then I played with his cat his cat is cute he has 5 pets two cats tow dogs and a rabbit then I played on the PS2 and PS3 (playstayshtion) then I went home.

Camp poem

Today I used the iPad to make a post on my blog.

Our bush walk

On Tuesday the Middle team went to Mangakara bush walk and I saw supple jake. The supple jake was used to make medicine. The biggst tree in NZ is 67 metres the Kereru NZ wood pigeon and lots of trees. I learned that the biggest tree in the world is 100 metres and it is the Califormian red wood.

Tabloids

Two days ago we did tabloids. There were lots of fun activities at the end. We had tug a war and room7 and room13 won. At morning tea we had slurplys for 50cents.
